Intermittent Cleaning

Mechanical Shake
For applications where the operation is intermittent. A built in controller will automatically initiate the shaking of the bags when the unit is switched off.

Continuous Cleaning
Our continuously rated cleaning systems use compressed air to remove the particulate from the outer surface of the filter and maintain even airflow during the whole operation of the system.

Reverse Jet
Jet cleaning is a high energy back flushing system using compressed air, operating at 4-6 Bar and directing dust away from the element to minimise re-entrainment.

Wing
Our wing cleaning systems usually operate between 3-4 Bar, in many cases a damper is included to automatically isolate the section of the filter element which is being cleaned. This is ideal for deep pleated elements and for “difficult” dusts. The advantages of this system are “offstream” cleaning and quiet operation.

Venturi
Venturi cleaning is a high energy back flushing system using compressed air, operation at 4-6 bar inducing additional air to give efficient cleaning mainly utilised on bag filters.
