New silo venting filter developed (April 2011)

As part of Dustcheck's bespoke design and manufacture service a new Silo Venting Filter has been developed. As well as producings tandard 'off-the shelf' filters Dustcheck work closely with many customers to develop new products - providing solutions that are exactly what they need. These can be for mass
production or one off specialised products for specific applications.

The new contract will see the filter supplied on an on-going basis to a new customer who services many industries from food, and water to pharmaceutical and chemical.

Dustcheck’s range of venting filters is one of the most comprehensive available having rectangular and circular construction, “cleanside” and “dirtyside” removal, horizontal and vertical mounting ensuring the most economic technical solution.

The venting filter range incorporates vessel venting, silo venting and system venting filters and can be supplied weather proofed, outlet spigot, fan assisted and filter upstand as required.

All filters are available with ATEX compliance and with an explosion relief and pressure shock resistant design.
